Back-to-School

Well, we're back at school. We like our teachers, and so far First Grade is good. We'll keep you posted. If you don't hear from us, give us a call. You have to understand. We have homework now, so we're a little bit busier than we were last year.

Goodbye, Kindergarten; Hello, Summer!

Kindergarten was fun. In some ways, we didn't want the school year to end. We loved our teachers, and we still get excited when we see people we met at school around town.
Since school ended, we've taken to playing tennis a bit, and we're preparing for a busy summer. It starts tomorrow when Mommy goes on Mid-High choir tour. The Mid-High Melodies are performing as part of the tour, so she's going to conduct their performances. She'll be back Wednesday. While she's gone, we don't know what Memorial Day has in store, but we're going with The Milams on Tuesday. We're pretty excited, because we get to go to the YMCA. Then we'll spend some time in Hahira with the Sumners on Wednesday. The next week is VBS, followed by cheernastics camp, and piano camp. Then we have just a few days before going to PA for three weeks. After that, we're looking at a week or so back at home before getting ready to start first grade. Can you believe it?!?
