Bazemore-Hyder Stadium: A fitting home for this 36-inch trophy. We think it will stay at city hall, just the same. Thanks for helping us win! We had fun at the taping of the segment that aired tonight as the closing segment of SportsCenter on ESPN.
Here we are checking out the scene.
One of the reasons Valdosta is a great place to live: you're never far from nice people. Erin hopped up just three or four rows and spent some time with Miss Tina and some of the other people we've grown to love from our church.
Megan was a dressed as a Wildcat fan, but these were her shaky-shakies.
Here's some of the prep work for the segment, with Jessie Tuggle and Wendi Nix. She's actually married to a Boston Red Sox Vice President and lives in Boston. She seemed to like us.
This one shows Blaze (Megan wanted him on here) and the sign soon to be welcoming visitors to Winnersville (bottom right).
***Valdosta had 29.2% of the vote. Parkersburg, WV had 24.4%. Two small towns with over half the total votes. The rest of the top six were Green Bay with 11.2 %, Massillon, Ohio, with 6.7 %, Boston with 5.8 % and Gainesville, Fla., with 5.2 %.

Erin got her hair cut! It's so cute curly in the bow.
